What You’ll Work On As part of the Agent Platform team, you will play a foundational role in building the infrastructure powering real-time voice agents. You will: Develop core orchestration systems that run thousands of agents concurrently Build global-ready deployments spanning multiple regions and datacenters Architect reliable hosting, scaling, and lifecycle tooling for active voice agents Implement structured execution environments for AI models and agent logic Improve the speed, availability, and resiliency of mission-critical services You will work across: Container systems & scheduling pipelines Real-time audio-processing workflows Distributed workloads with low-latency constraints Operational tooling for monitoring + scaling Secure execution environments Tech exposure includes: Go, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, WebRTC, Redis, Firecracker-style isolation, Postgres ORM, real-time event streams Who You Are You’re a strong fit if you have: ✔ Experience designing distributed systems that cannot fail silently ✔ Proficiency with Docker/container orchestration ✔ Understanding of network-level challenges (WebRTC, streaming, NAT, SIP is a plus) ✔ Strong systems-level debugging skills ✔ Ability to reason about trade-offs: cost, efficiency, availability ✔ Experience handling production workloads at meaningful scale Bonus capabilities: ⭐ Exposure to running untrusted or dynamically-generated code ⭐ Work with service orchestration tools or custom runtimes ⭐ Telephony, audio streaming, SIP, media servers, RTP
